This one-day tour of diverse cultural organizations that are solidly rooted in local development will illustrate the link between social economy and arts and culture. The tour includes a visit to a church that has been converted into a performance hall with a social reintegration mission, a cultural space for Indigenous artists, an emerging music lab, and temporary installations that are the result of individual citizens’ initiatives. You will meet key actors who are making Montreal a city of creativity and solidarity, where art and culture contribute to enhancing people’s quality of life and wellness.
