Examples of this are mixed ownership schemes, the transfer of best practices, joint promotional activities, and joint knowledge- or resource-sharing initiatives. Such partnerships can be facilitated by local governments to ensure an inclusive development of the city that optimizes the resources and efforts of all those involved.
